• January 11, 2025: Wolf Moon Shakti Soul Journey

Celebrate the first full moon of 2025 with an evening of mindful movement, sound, meditation, and reflection led by Jill Marek and Leslie Glenn. The Wolf moon provides us with a window of opportunity to align with the auspicious nature of the cosmos, connect with our true nature and move into the new year with clarity and purpose. We will flow through a moon inspired candlelight vinyasa accompanied by the healing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls to connect with a sense of wholeness and Ojas - deep wellness and vitality. We will explore full moon rituals including a special tatraka candle meditation, reflection and self-inquiry using the OJAS journal as a workbook to connect with our most empowered self. The workshop price includes an OJAS Journal (value $22) to take home and use as a guide throughout the year.

  • April: Sensory Flow (2025 Date TBD)

Wearing a blind fold while we practice this special moon flow, we will bravely plunge into the darkness navigating our body through all the other senses. Moving slowly through this flow without sight, permits us to dig a little deeper into the quiet realms of our self. We are composed of all the elements as well as light and dark aspects. We will align with this full moon energy by leaning into the vulnerability of mystery. The “not seen” but the “felt”. Open up your senses and stimulate your body’s innate power. This 90-minute yogic experience will feature Self-Awakening Yoga®, which focuses on natural movements and encourages body awareness, as well as a restorative practice, which uses a variety of props to create a sense of deep relaxation and vitality. Be prepared to experience your practice from a new perspective with this internal journey.

  • July: Summer Salutations (2025 Date TBD)

Welcome the flow and energy of Summer in the mountains under July’s Supermoon (the closest the moon will be to Earth all year) with this moving meditation. We will use the ancient tradition of Surya Namaskar (108 Sun Salutations), followed by a cooling flow, pranayama and meditation, designed to integrate the energy offered and cultivated during this active Pitta season. According to Vedic mathematicians, the number 108 represents the wholeness of existence. It is thought to balance our energetic connection to the Sun, Moon and Earth. This unique practice is intended to help you reset and recharge as we connect to the longest days of Summer—spiritually, mentally and physically. Variations for sun salutations will be offered. All levels welcome.

  • October: Cacao Ceremony (2025 Date TBD)

Harvesting, balancing, creating gateways. gratitude, intention, and reciprocity.

A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect with cacao, yourself, and the world with a heart-centered approach—a grounded and abundant approach to welcome the winter season.
